The blade shape of the Senko Aitenmoku has changed for products delivered from January 2023 onwards.
This is because all knives in the Senko series by blacksmith Yu Kurosaki have been updated to the "Ei Series" (sharp series).
As there are both the old and new blade shapes,
we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us before placing your order if you wish to know which blade shape you will receive.
The changes to the blade shape are as follows:
① The rounded tip of the blade is now sharper.
② There is a slight curve near the base of the blade where it meets the handle.
There are no changes to the product's materials or manufacturing process, so the quality remains the same as before.
