This website is operated by EDIT JAPAN (Sakamoto Akiyuki Co., Ltd.). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to EDIT JAPAN. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Prices and currency

Prices are displayed in US dollars or Canadian dollars. The exchange rate applied at checkout is determined by your card issuer or payment provider. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders shipped to the United States, we pay the duties in advance of shipment and invoice you for that amount separately after your order is placed. For orders shipped to Canada, duties and taxes are payable to the carrier on delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Handling of bladed products

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products.

Laws governing the possession and carrying of bladed items differ by jurisdiction. Compliance with the laws applicable in your location is your responsibility.

We do not sell switchblades, automatic knives, or butterfly knives.

Online store terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

Products

Our products are made by hand. Colour, grain and finish vary from one piece to another. Such variation is a characteristic of handmade goods and is not a defect. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
